TEAM

Lucinda Tay, Principal

Lucinda is a licensed architect with over 20 years of experience in architecture and experience design. She studied architecture at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, with a minor in Sustainable Environments.

Her work has taken her across the U.S. and Asia, where she’s led multidisciplinary teams to bring complex, experience-driven projects to life. With a strong focus on user needs and behaviors, Lucinda is skilled at turning abstract ideas into clear, purposeful strategies — and guiding teams from early concept through completion.

Outside the studio, Lucinda enjoys spending time with family, experimenting in the kitchen, and tending to her collection of plants.

Rob Mathewson, Principal

Rob is a licensed architect with over 25 years of experience in design and creative leadership. He studied architecture at the Rhode Island School of Design in Providence, RI.

His work spans both the U.S. and abroad and is rooted in the belief that great design starts with a strong idea — one that can guide a project from early concept through to built reality. Rob brings clarity and direction to the early phases of a project, guiding teams through concept development, ideation, and visual storytelling.

Outside of work, he enjoys cycling, working on his house, and planning his next travel adventure.
